Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 6

For Part 5, click here.

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his cameraman and sidekick. These are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

Little Peter stepped to the left. He then made a quick move to the right. The ninjas watched cautiously. Before they could blink, Little Peter snapped his fingers, proceeding to slide back to the left.

“What are you doing?” Jonah began to grow nervous. After some hesitation, he got into the groove and danced with Little Peter. Slow music began to play and Jonah grabbed Little Peter by the waist. They box stepped here, and shimmied over there. The ninjas began to cheer after seeing how limber Little Peter was.

“Great distraction, Peter,” Jonah said, exhaling due to his relief. “What’s the next part of the plan?”

“What plan?” Little Peter asked, leaning in close to Jonah’s breast.

The music suddenly stopped and the ninjas moved in close.

“What are we gonna do, Peter?” Jonah said in terror.

“I don’t know,” Little Peter replied somberly, appearing to give up hope. “I can take on twenty ninjas at once. But there’s at least twelve coming at us.”

A POP sound was heard and a small object appeared, hitting the ground harshly. Smoke dispensed from the object, causing the ninjas to have asthma attacks. Coming through the smoke was Extra Large Rhonda riding the BrotherBike. She grabbed Jonah, who grabbed Little Peter.

“You came back for us!” Jonah exclaimed.

“Yes,” Extra Large Rhonda said gleefully. “I couldn’t lea-” Little Peter attached himself to Extra Large Rhonda’s face, attempting to suffocate her. His hands became suction cups. Extra Large Rhonda couldn’t see, causing her to crash the BrotherBike into the police station. The trio burst into the front door, coming face-to-face with The Wrestler.

“I have you now,” The Wrestler said menacingly upon seeing them.

“Peter, it’s morphing time!” Jonah called out.

Little Peter morphed into a gryphon, grabbed The Wrestler, and took him far, far away.

The End…

Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 5

For Part 4, click here.

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his cameraman and sidekick. Three are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

Extra Large Rhonda and The Wrestler made their way to the police station, where an arsenal of non-lethal weaponry awaited them. As they neared it, a group of ninjas cut them off. Extra Large Rhonda gasped. The Wrestler pushed her behind him for safety. The ninjas charged and The Wrestler sprang into action.

On the other side of town was Jonah and Little Peter. Little Peter rode his skateboard and blew raspberries in the air carelessly. Jonah carried the heavy camera equipment, as Little Peter requested. Suddenly, ninjas appeared, jumping from the ledge of the building above. The ninjas closed in slowly.

"Get the camera ready," Little Peter instructed quietly.

Little Peter reached into his pocket. The ninjas charged toward our heroes. Little Peter thrusted his hand out, throwing marbles to the ground. Ninjas flew everywhere, tripping on the marbles, as well as tripping on the ninjas who tripped on the marbles. One ninja broke through, still charging at Little Peter. The ninja grabbed our hero and threw him to the ground. The ninja proceeded to do a kick-ass backflip over Little Peter. Jonah threw down the camera equipment, miraculously not breaking anything, and grabbed the ninja. He then threw the ninja against the building adjacent to them, forcing the ninja to disintegrate.

Back to The Wrestler and Extra Large Rhonda: The Wrestler called out: "Stop!" The ninjas stopped, as ordered.  The Wrestler turned to face Extra Large Rhonda.

"Why... why do they listen to you?" Extra Large Rhonda asked nervously.

"Because these ninjas belong to me," The Wrestler said menacingly. "Isn't this what you wanted, Extra Large Rhonda? Little Peter dead and the town razed to the ground for calling you Extra Large?"

Before she could answer, Little Peter and Jonah closed in quickly.

"I'll decide for you, then." The Wrestler threw his hand toward Jonah and Little Peter, causing more ninjas to appear, cutting off our heroes from The Wrestler and Extra Large Rhonda. The Wrestler and Extra Large Rhonda walked toward the police station, allowing the ninjas to take care of Little Peter and his brother.

Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 4

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his cameraman and sidekick. These are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

Little Peter woke up the following morning in his bed with Jonah and Extra Large Rhonda leaning over him. Little Peter immediately let out a yelp and attached his body to Extra Large Rhonda's face, kind of like an octopus attaching itself to something with its suction cups. Extra Large Rhonda panicked and thrashed about, terrified for her life. She attempted to scream but her lips failed to move, Little Peter's body having covered her mouth too tightly.

"You let her in my room?!" Little Peter screamed.

Jonah attempted to get Little Peter off of his nemesis, but he wouldn't budge. "Peter, I had no choice. We had to get her to safety!" Jonah yelled.

Little Peter loosened his grip slightly. He was listening, considering Jonah's point.

"Grtgdghkngddryu," Extra Large Rhonda pleaded helplessly.

"She's not a threat!" Jonah was becoming nervous. There was a real possibility Little Peter would actually kill her this time. Jonah had no choice. He had to bring out the big gun.

"Come on out!" Jonah yelled. The wrestler suddenly came into the room. Little Peter's back stood out upon seeing him. His hair puffed up and he bared his teeth. It worked. Little Peter was now off of Extra Large Rhonda. However, a new problem arose: Little Peter was now a cat. Luckily, he was slowly beginning to morph back as the sense of his turf being threatened was dying down.

"Don't worry, Little Pete. I'm not here to hurt you... yet. First, we have to take care of these ninjas. You're gonna help me." The wrestler waited to hear Little Peter's response.

"Jonah, tell him I don't do ninjas anymore," Little Peter said definitively.

"I don't know, Peter. Normally, I'd encourage you not fighting people but these ninjas have been a real problem," Jonah responded, unsure of his stance.

"We can't fight these ninjas," Extra Large Rhonda said, surprised that it was even an option.

"This isn't a democracy!" Little Peter screamed, his mouth beginning to foam wildly. He lunged back into the air and reattached his body to Extra Large Rhonda's face.

Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 3

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his sidekick and cameraman. These are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

"What are you waiting for?" The man asked excitedly. "You're the next act! Little Peter!"

Little Peter gasped, then Jonah gasped, followed by another round of gasping from Little Peter. Jonah finished this sentence with another gasp. They were in disbelief. Someone knew it was Little Peter and he was out of costume. Extra Large Rhonda sighed.

The trio peered at the stage. One of the wrestlers was massive in comparison to the other. The bigger one grabbed the other by the neck and squeezed until all signs of life were gone. It had seemed the only reason the fight had continued so long was because the towering wrestler was toying with the other for a good show for the now-excited audience.

"You want my baby brother to fight that... that mammoth!?" Jonah said nervously.

The wrestler blew his hair out of his face, making the blood from the other more visible. "I want you, Little Pete!" The wrestler screamed menacingly. The audience lost it at the man's proclamation. They went wild and yelled viciously for Little Peter to get into the ring. Little Peter had no choice.

He made his way slowly to the stage, people screaming from the sides, calling for his death. Jonah began crying, secretly making plans of how he could get a new little brother. The doctor's office that Little Peter interned at put up a help wanted sign. All hope was lost.

Little Peter had his head held high as he made his way to the stage. He grabbed the ropes, attempting to lift himself up but to no avail. He called Jonah over to help him up. Jonah began moving toward Little Peter to fulfill his request, but Little Peter's arm was then grabbed by the wrestler. He was thrusted up and thrown across the stage. Suddenly,  bars came down from the ceiling, trapping the two opponents in the arena, leaving them to fight until one was no more.

The hulking wrestler moved in quickly and picked Little Peter up, lifting him above his head. The audience cheered. Little Peter was then thrown into the bars, his body becoming brittle and his dentures falling out. His bunions ached and he lost his vision, as well as his hearing. The State would no longer allow him to drive.

Before Little Peter could compose himself, he found himself being lifted up again. Another round of cheering from the audience and Little Peter was thrown into the bars again. His body became so tiny the wrestler couldn't see where Little Peter had went. Little Peter's diaper filled up quickly and he began whining, crying for help, despite not being able to speak yet.

The wrestler grabbed Little Peter by the foot and started spinning him around. Shortly after, he released the foot and Little Peter flew into the bars yet again. Upon his body hitting the bars, his body morphed, he became decently tall and he filled up with acne.

"Stop!" Little Peter screamed in his newly acquired squeaky voice.

Suddenly, spots in the ceiling fell down, ninjas coming through them. They began terrorizing the audience. People were screaming and running, heading for the exit before being cut off by the ninjas.

"We'll finish this later, Little Pete," the wrestler said. "And I'll finish you!" He grabbed the bars, tore a hole through them with his bare hands, and stepped through.

Another part of the ceiling fell down, a ninja coming through and landing on Little Peter. He fell unconscious.

Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 2

For Part 1, click here.

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his cameraman and sidekick. These are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

"Where would be a good place to start?" Jonah asked Little Peter as they walked down the heavily-populated street. No one seemed to recognize them as they went. That's what Little Peter was hoping for. Anonymity was key.

"Up there. Is that... It is!" Little Peter screeched. He pointed ahead but Jonah swatted his hand back down, informing him of how impolite it is to point.

Jonah looked ahead and noticed what Little Peter was losing it over. It was Extra Large Rhonda walking nonchalantly with her mother, not seeming to notice Little Peter.

"In my turf!?" Little Peter screamed. He grabbed a light post and began shaking it violently, his head hitting it with every pull. "Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!"

"Stop," Jonah instructed almost fully uninterested.

"Hold me back!" Little Peter assumed a running stance, attempting to convince Jonah he was serious about a looming fight with Extra Large Rhonda. Jonah refused to take the bait and allowed Little Peter to continue his false stance. "Any second now I will be taking off! You do not want to let this happen!!!"

Jonah continued walking and breezed by Little Peter, who was still pretending to follow through with his vague threats of assault. Little Peter acknowledged that Jonah had passed him so he gave up his ploy for attention and ran to catch up to Jonah.

Little Peter began panting upon catching up to his brother's side. Jonah tousled his hair, which seemed to calm him down enough to where he stopped with the heavy breathing.

Little Peter and Jonah continued walking until they were adjacent to Extra Large Rhonda, who had her back turned and was minding her own business. Little Peter, when he was in place, began making guttural noises and lunged onto Extra Large Rhonda's back. She shook and started screaming, scared for her life. Jonah, upon realizing what was happening, tried to get ahold of Little Peter to get him off of Extra Large Rhonda. They were now all flinging about, no one sure of where they were going or which direction they were even facing.

After a short struggle, the three of them burst into a building, the door gave way and our three heroes fell down a flight of stairs. The trio got up and realized it was nearly pitch-black. Looking back to the way they fell, they noticed there were no stairs, despite being sure of hitting some on their way down. There was no going back the way they came. Only one way to go: forward. They were unsure of where to step, the path ahead being too dark to fully see.

They continued moving until they saw a light coming from around the corner. As they neared it, they could hear the sounds of cheering, clapping, and screaming.

"What do you think that sound is?" Extra Large Rhonda asked, becoming nervous.

Little Peter and Jonah were quiet upon the approach. They continued around the corner and peered through. On the other side was a small group of people gathered around a cage with two shirtless men in it.

Suddenly, the trio felt a presence from behind them. They turned around to face it and realized it was a man who was towering over them.

Adventures of Little Peter: Ninjas Everywhere! Pt. 1

Little Peter is the superhero vigilante of Port Huron. His brother, Jonah, is his cameraman and sidekick. These are their adventures.

By Sonny Long

“Brother,” Little Peter said to Jonah. “You should probably get the mail.”

Jonah was reading the paper and lowered it slightly to look at Little Peter. “I already got it,” he retorted.

“I know,” Little Peter said back. He began pacing around the room nervously.

“What’s the matter?” Jonah asked. Little Peter’s nervousness began making Jonah nervous.

“I think we’re being watched, brother,” Little Peter said carefully, still glancing around the room, checking corners and crevices.

“Well, that’s the life a vigilante leads, brother,” Jonah replied to Little Peter.

“This is different,” Little Peter said. “I feel a… strong presence. One I haven’t felt since I became Little Peter.” Little Peter paused. “Not that I would know.”

Suddenly, the ceiling above them gave way and a dark figure fell through. Pieces of ceiling fell onto our hero, thrusting him down to the ground harshly. The figure carried a large sword and wore a mask. Little Peter, after a moment to gather himself, realized the figure was a real-life ninja.

Little Peter got to his feet, attempted to grab the ninja, but he was too fast. The ninja had already retreated through the side window, doing a kick-ass back flip and other such ninja stuff.

Jonah rushed into the room, peered into the new hole in the ceiling, and stood in shock. “That was my room!” he yelled. “We have to do something about these ninjas! They’ve been popping up in peoples’ houses all over town!”

“We’re not exterminators, brother!” Little Peter yelled frantically.

Jonah sensed the hurt in Little Peter’s voice. “What’s wrong, brother?” he asked solemnly.

“He got away!” Little Peter began tearing up, but turned his back quickly, not allowing Jonah to see his face. “I’ve never let a perp get away before!”

“Look, how about I make it up to you? I’ll get the camera and we can go downtown. We’ll look for more ninjas and I’ll videotape you fighting them so I can upload it to Youtube later. Sound cool?” Jonah said persuasively.

Little Peter looked up at Jonah and smiled. “You’d do that for me?”

“Of course,” Jonah said smiling. “To the BrotherBike?”

Life As a Call of Duty Soldier

By Sonny Long

So you’ve just been born and oh what the sweet Jesus is coming at you?! Is that a bullet, a missile, a rocket, a NUCLEAR WARHEAD?! As bad as that sounds, that’s probably the best way to go. Why is that? Because you’ve just been born into Call of Duty: Boom Boom, You Die 17. How? Well, the short answer is because there is no god in this universe. The long answer is that I answered the why and not the how. Nobody really knows how you were birthed, but you were and you will die for the amusement of the one controlling you. Oh, yeah, we lied earlier; there is a god and he’s a twelve year-old racist. But at least he’s on your side, because in the harsh environment you were born into, you’ll be squaring off against other twelve year-old racists.

Let’s just hope you’ve been born into the campaign, where you’ll at least be assigned a rank and a decent-to-cool sounding last name. Also, this helps raise your lifespan by almost a full thirty seconds. In multiplayer, you’ll be doomed to a short life with a name like “titsmcgee69.” That’s if you’re lucky, anyway. Let’s take a look around and… what’s that name above your head? titsmcgee69? Yup, you’re in multiplayer.

Now that you’ve dodged that nuclear rocket-bullet, it’s time you’ve come to terms with the fact that that doesn’t matter. Why? Because there’s twelve more coming at you and the timer is nowhere near zero. Your lifespan is now less than that of a fly’s but at least the cruel overlords of this universe gave you a gun in your hands that… what is this? You can’t put it down?! What?! It’s like you were… bred to fight. It’s your only instinct, your sole purpose. You were never a violent person before you were thrown into this simulation, but now you’ve become the ultimate killing machine, a human weapon whose job it is to wrack up the killstreaks to call in the dogs (What, are you like fifty? They haven’t had dogs for like ten Call of Duty games now.) Who is this? How did this twelve year-old get into the office? (You’re so old. Me and my friends are gonna kill you and teabag your body.) Oh, yeah! Well… Your mom!

What’s going on? What’s happening to me?

Okay, I’m in a simulation now with a gun in my hands. There appears to be a missile-bullet coming at me.
